Please find attached the Stormwater Discharge Outfall Monitoring Reports for Columbia Forest
Products located. in Old Fort, North Carolina (Columbia Carolina). Columbia Carolina operates
under Certificate of Coverage Number NCG210136. There was no discharge at Outfall #8 during
the month of January 2022, see photo I in January Photo Log for Log Yard Rain Gauge Log.
Improvements made to the drainage ditch to Outfall #8 have increased detention time of stormwater
to Outfall 48 and thus, there was no discharge from Outfall 48 for the month. Outfall #8 remains in
Tier Two and will continue to be sampled monthly until three consecutive lab results below
benchmarks.
