Staff of the Division of Water Resources inspected these treatment units and/or equipment on April 21,
2022, and found based on the information supplied by the applicant that the facilities and/or equipment
listed on the attached application meet the following requirements for Tax Certification:
1. The property has been, or will be, constructed or installed;
2. The property complies with, or if still under construction will comply with, the requirements of the
EMC;
3. The property is being effectively operated, or will when completed be required to operate, in accordance
with the terms and conditions of approvals issued by the EMC; and
4. The property has, or when completed will have, as its primary rather than incidental purpose the
reduction of water pollution resulting from the discharge of sewage or waste.

Comments: A new 1-million-gallon equalization tank (EQ) will be installed to supplement
inventory control management to work with the existing tanks. Three new centrifugal
pumps will be installed to help manage inventory of wastewater from the new and existing
EQ tankage. A new MCC building will be built to support the electrical, instrumentation,
and automation requirements for both phases.
Summary of inspection:
The following items have been installed and in operation (see enclosed photos):
• 1-million-gallon equalization tank (EQ);
• Three new centrifugal pumps;
• New MCC building.
The following items have not been installed but will be in the near future:
• Three new automatic filters (between centrifuge pumps and moving bed biofilm reactors
(MBBRs).
