Inspection Summary:
Met with Drew Farmer, Sr. Manager of LERFs, and Brian Lawson, Plant Manager, to make observations regarding clean-up
of liquid egg spill that occurred on March 17, 2022. Spill was verbally reported on March 18, 2022. Details of spill and
clean-up procedures are contained in written report received via e-mail on March 23, 2022 and placed in file. While at the
facility, conditions of maintaining No Exposure Certification and completing the annual self -recertification form was
discussed with new facility personnel. Onsite personnel mentioned a forthcoming change in facility name/ownership.
Discussed procedure for updating name/ownership.
