Ok, I believe I understand you now.
I can add additional outfalls to your NCG120104 permit. I believe you will be adding just one new outfall though, for
Basin 5. Luckily, you do not need to submit a new N01. Just email me the coordinates of the outfall and I will get it
updated.

Thanks for the quick reply. I am indeed referring to the outfalls in that drop down box. Basin 5 is covered under the
construction permit, so I guess we need to get it transferred to the NCG12 0104 permit so we can submit quarterly
monitoring data with the rest of the basins. Should we submit an NOI to proceed with this? Thanks!

Hey Brittany,
I was going through the eDMR submittal process with Andy Burris (Landfill Manager), and we noticed that Basin 5 (for
the Expansion Area) isn't coming up in the dropdown box so we can't enter any analytical data for Basin 5. It looks like
this basin didn't make it into the system when we registered for eDMR. I've attached the approval letter for the Erosion
and Sediment Control Plan and associated map from back in 2012. Should we submit a notice of intent for this
basin? Thanks!
