Dear Ms. Kramer,
According to Moore Country Subdivision Ordinance, they lare requesting that we
receive or have a letter from your department concerning our new waste water lines
on Kingfisher Dr., Sandpiper Dr. and a portion of Seagull Dr.
At this time we are trying to subdivide 19 lots in this section, and our planning board
requests that we have State approval for the sewer system on these roads. At this
time our engineers are submitting the proper permits and plans for this section.
Could you please expedite a letter showing that Woodlake does have the proper
wastewater facilities to supply this section? Thank you for your assistance.

Dear Mr. Fowler:
On May 26, 2000, the Fayetteville Regional Office received a request to
evaluate the treatment•capacity of subject facility for a newly requested sewer line
extension which is referred to as Phase 3, Section ' 10, Kingfisher Drive and
Sandpiper Drive. Application, plans'and specifications for the permit for this sewer
line extension is being submitted to this Divisions Central Office by Woodlake
Development today.
A twelve month review of the self -monitoring data for Woodlake County
Club Wastewater Treatment Plant from the period of April 1999 though March
2000 shows that this facility has been operating in NPDES Permit compliance. and
does appear to have the capacity need for the proposed 7200 gpd sewer line
extension project. Final approval for this sewer line extension can only. be given.
upon completion of review of the application, plans ,and specification submitted for
this project.
