The facility has 4 duplex pump stations, see below. Pump Station A has 2-bypass pumps, and the float was tied to the pump. Pump Station B had one pump clogged with grease and debris. Maintenance was on -site to fix the pump. Pump Station C had one bypass pump working. The audio alarm worked but the visual alarm was not working. Pump Station D has one-5HP pump that works. This station Is where all flow goes before it is sent to the plant. Neither the audio nor visual alarms worked. Only one of the four pump stations were locked. Pump stations need to be locked so that no entry can be made except for the contract company. The pump station signs only have "In case of emergency call 435-2663" and a couple had a sign that had 'Warning Pump Station D Case of emergency please call 252-435-2663 or 252-435-7551 ". The sign should include the owners name, pump station identifier, address, instructions for notification, and a 24-hour emergency contact number. There is an area surrounding a sewer manhole located along David Drive that has sunk below the road surface. The condltloi of this manhole and associated piping must be inspected to verify Its structural integrity. This was in the 1/24/2018 Inspection report and this Is still an Issue. Near the intersection of David Drive and Planet Court there appears to be a water leak in the road. We showed Noah and the maintenance staff the area. Our office stopped at 186 Ivon Drive due to a complaint that the area smelled like sewage. During our stop we saw what appears to be sewage under the home and next to the front covered porch. The facility is in non-compliance. NOV-2022-PC-0238 has been issued due to the problems listed above. The Items need to be repaired. A relnspection will be conducted In the next 30 days.
