I'm currently processing the Permit Owner Affiliation Designation Form and I noticed that this Owner entity is attached to numerous permits. If I update the Owner -Owner affiliation (legally responsible person) from Tim Rogers to you, Randy, this will affect all these other permits since the same owner is tied to them. That may be perfectly appropriate — I just wanted to confirm that with you first. It looks like a mix of stormwater permits and wastewater permits. Also, this form should be signed by the legally responsible individual rather than Ms. Wood. Can you please confirm that you authorized Ms. Wood to sign on your behalf?
