This correspondence confirms that NOV-2022-LM-0009, NOV-2022-LM-0010 and NOV-2022-LM-0011 have been
retracted. These retracted Notices were issued for violations that occurred for the months of October 2021, November 2021
and December 2021. The amended electronic discharge monitoring reports (eDMRs) for these three (3) months resulted in
additional violations. Revised Notices of Violation (NOVs)/Intent to Assess were generated to address all the violations
reported in October 2021 (NOV-2022-LV-0242), November 2021 (NOV-2022-LV-0243) and December 2021
(NOV-2022-LM-0025).
