Dear Mr. McMillian,
I have received your letter dated August 1, 2007 requesting additional information and a
mitigation plan to mitigate 1891inear feet of stream. Mr. Jay Keller is preparing the
mitigation plan and I am trying to get in touch with Annette Lucas to set up a meeting. I
would like to meet with her to discuss the new design of concrete level spreaders and to
see how she would like them shown on the plan.
I would like to request an additional (30) thirty days for the information to be resubmitted
to you. As soon as I meet with Annette, I will be able to quickly revise the plans and
resubmit.
