Hi Amy,
We have checked in with Shelley Stevens with the county Floodplain program to determine her time frame on approval.
Mr. Jones wanted to wait to make sure that would be approved prior to paying the fee. If we have not heard anything by
end of day Monday, we will withdraw the application and resubmit. My apologies for the delay. We had to change the
plans after we submitted due to availability of materials for Mr. Jones, which caused a delay in submitting the floodplain
development permit. I hope you have a nice holiday weekend.
Have a good day,
Rachel

Savannah,
I have not reviewed the project, as the fee has not been paid. As soon as the fee has been paid, I can begin my review.
You can send a revision to me via email but I would suggest that you also copy the Corps rep as well.

Good morning Amy,
I apologize for my delayed response. We are going to have to use the alternative (boulder toe method) that is listed in
the original plans. Do we need to revise the permit application or can we just send you plans for the boulder toe? Let me
know what you would prefer.
Thank you!

To clarify my previous email — If there are still unresolved floodplain administrative concerns that are preventing you
from submitting the required fee to DWR, it may be best to request to withdraw the application.

Hey Amy,
I hope that you have been doing well! I did receive the link, but we have run into some floodplain administration issues
with the plans and Rachel Smith our engineer is working on resolving those before we ask the landowner to make
payment. I will keep you updated as I learn more.
Thank you!

Hi Savannah,
The Division has not received the required fee for this project. I cannot complete my review or issue an approval for the
project until the fee ($570) has been paid. Did you receive a link to pay the fee from DWR after you submitted the
application?
