The Hills at Stonegate is a proposed single family residential
development located off of Andrews Road, west of Stone Mountain
Farm Road. The project is approximately 65 acres. This project
involves the construction of a residential development including but not
limited to; roadway infrastructure, residential lots, SCMs and utilities.
There are some wetlands, streams and a pond located on the
property. Specifically, there are three (3) road crossing with proposed
wetland impacts and some lot fill areas that will potentially impact
wetlands as well. Existing conditions onsite consists primarily of
undisturbed forest land. General land use in the vicinity of the project
consists of forested land with single-family residential neighborhoods.
Andrews Road bounds the property to the south. Stone Mountain
Farm Road bounds the property to the east.

401 Certification Rule the following statements:
• This form completes the requirement of the Pre -Filing Meeting Request in the Clean Water Act Section 401
Certification Rule.
