Hey Sheri,
I apologize, I thought these permit applications were closed out once it was verified these sites do not
require a regulatory permit. This was our first interaction with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, so I am
sure I went outside of the correct process with I prematurely applied (while not intentional, just unsure
of process) is there a way to void or close these out being we do not need permit? I have CC'd Engineer,
Krysta Stygar, who I worked with to confirm no permits needed at 240 & 242 Valleybrook Ln Troutman.
