la. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts in designing the project.
Clearing for the new utility easement has been minimized to the greatest extent
practicable.
1b. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques.
Trees will be hand cleared and tree stumps will be left in place. No soil grubbing or
grading is proposed. Mats for construction vehicles and equipment would be placed
in wetlands to minimize soil disturbance. No in stream work is proposed. No
discharge of dredged or fill material is proposed. ESC control measures will be
installed.
E. Diffuse Flow Plan
la. What type of SCM are you providing?*
Level Spreader
Vegetated Conveyance (lower SHWT)
Wetland Swale (higher SHWT)
• Proposed project will not create concentrated stormwater flow through the buffer
Other SCM that removed minimum of 30% nitrogen
