Last year, this project in Charlotte was issued approvals to build an apartment complex. The approvals authorized the
extension of a culvert under W. Tremont Ave and the construction of a stormwater outlet on a perennial stream that
runs along the western property boundary. The stream is unstable, highly degraded, and rated low quality using NCSAM
(attached).
Rangwater is evaluating using natural channel design to stabilize and restore this channel and requests a virtual pre -
application meeting to discuss the attached stabilization/restoration concept plan. Would you please provide your next
few available dates to schedule the meeting?
