Material is in very bad shape after years of being in place. Residential, undeveloped, etc. 6. Property Size .46 Acres 7. Describe proposed work (include discussion as to how hardening of shoreline has been avoided, or why it is necessary): Replace the wooden sea wall with Concrete Blocks (roughly 4 feet long, 2 ft wide, and 30 inches high each weighing approx 20001bs). No change in location. This has been discussed with Duke Energy and I have a verbal ok from them. I can't proceed with theirs until I have one from the state. 8. How will the work be done?* From Land From Water 9.
