Dear Mr. Rawls:
This letter is to let you know that June 30, 2002 American Water Services' contract to operate the Moore
County Wastewater and the Vass Wastewater Treatment Facility will end at midnight. As of July 1, 2002
the above mentioned facilities operation will revert to the responsibility of the Moore County Public
Utilities Department.'Mr. Dennis Brobst is the director of this department.
The Operator's with Responsible Charge for each facility will remain and work for the Moore County
Public Utilities Department. The ORCs for each facility are:
