Hi Dave. I wanted to let you know that we have run into some issues with our contractor clearing crews getting ahead of
their erosion control installer crews. Our Resident Engineer has shut down all activities not related to erosion control
until the contractor can get back in compliance. We have not had any losses at this time but understand that we are at
risk.
