The Haw River Nutrient Compliance Association (HRNCA) met on February 23, 2022. At that time,the
Board of Directors voted unanimously to pursue an NPDES Permit modification to add Total Nitrogen to
the current permit. We hereby request that NPDES Permit NCC000003 be modified effective January 1,
2023 to include Total Nitrogen in the HRNCA group permit. We recognize that this will be a major
permit modification and that a $1030 fee is required.
Please note there have been no changes to Form 1 or Form 2A information since the NPDES Permit
renewal application was submitted by the HRNCA in June 2021.
