Please find enclosed for your review and approval, a soil -sampling plan including sample locations, a sampling
map, and parameters to be analyzed for the WWRF inactive wastewater pond. It is the City's intention to have all
sampling completed, analyzed, and submitted by the end of June 2017.

nickel, selenium, zinc, TKN, ammonia nitrogen, nitrate/nitrite, organic nitrogen, phosphorus,
sodium, calcium, magnesium(mg/kg dry wt. basis), percent total solids and pH.
