I was out last week, but I can help with this. For each outfall you need added, I need:
Outfall number (002, etc)
Outfall description (brief, e.g., northeast corner)
Outfall latitude and longitude (please provide in degrees, minutes, seconds rather than decimal degrees)
Receiving waterbody (if it's the same as 001, just let me know that)
Also, right now all we have is "ditch" for the Outfall 001 description, so let me know if you want that revised.

I hope this finds you well. I received my log in credentials. Thank you. I went to the website to add my sampling report
for March and I only have access to add one outfall in the system. I have three outfalls to report. What do I do? Is there
something that I am missing? In my drop down box there is only one outfall listed.

Unfortunately the position that was working on eDMR registrations is currently vacant, and we are behind on processing
those. We have some part-time help, but it will take a while to get caught up. We realize this will put you behind on the
deadline in the general permit, but that's on us. In the meantime, please continue to follow these instructions on this

* Download the appLicable DMR from the NPDES Stormwater Industrial Individual website or
the NPIDES Stormwater General Permit website.
• Complete. sign. scan and upload the DMR to the NPDES Stormwater Permit Data
Monitoring Report (DM R) Up1cad for C1 within 30 days of receiving sampling results.
• Dail the original. signed hard copy of the DMR to the appropriate DEMLR Regional 4fflc .
• Do not send OMRs to Central Files in Raleigiri (This is a change from the previous
procedure.)
• Note that DMR forms have recentty been updated.
