Warren Bridge) over the Alligator River in Tyrell and Dare Counties. The existing bridge is a two-lane, swing bridge and would be removed as part of the project. The proposed replacement structure would be a modern two-lane, high-level, fixed -span bridge. Total project length is approximately 4.64 miles, WBS No.49475.1.1, State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) Project No. HB-0001. A concurrence meeting was held with members of the Merger Team on June 23, 2021, to discuss: • Least Environmentally Damaging Practicable Alternative (LEDPA) (CP 3) Concurrence Point 3 The single alignment alternative (HB-0001, red alignment) from CP 2, and its respective preliminary impacts, was presented in the meeting package and reviewed during the CP3/4A meeting. The Project Team has concurred on this date with the Least Environmentally Damaging Practicable Alternative (LEDPA) as described below. The LEDPA Alignment includes: • A new 2-lane, fixed span, high rise bridge on new location, located north of the existing Lindsay C. Warren bridge, and referenced as the "HB-0001 Alignment — Red Corridor" in the Merger Meeting Concurrence Point 3 and 4A package presented during the June 23, 2021, Merger Meeting The Project Team members have concurred, on this date of June 23, 2021, on the Least Environmentally Damaging Practicable Alternative (LEDPA) (CP3) detailed above and included in the Merger CP3/4A package.
