The facility identified herein had exceedances from the following outfalls for the following parameters from stormwater samples obtained on 11/22/2021: • SDO001: o Total Suspended Solids (190 mg/L) o Chemical Oxygen Demand (774 mg/L) o Aluminum (1.26 mg/L) o Copper (6.61 mg/L) o Zinc (3.16 mg/L) 0 oil and Grease (16.2 mg/L) • SDO002: o Aluminum (0.424 mg/L) o Copper (0.283 mg/L) o Zinc (2.75 mg/L) In response to the exceedances identified above, the facility herein shall implement the Tier II Required Responses/Actions outlined in the NCG190000 General Permit.
