Good afternoon, Michael,
I have added Outfall 002 to your permit. If you run a permit summary report tomorrow, it should be there (the system
refreshes that report overnight).

Hi Bethany,
It recently came to my attention that DTNA Mount Holly's stormwater summary report is missing an entry under the
"Outfalls" section. It appears Outfall #002 is missing. According to the DEQwebsite, you'll need to following information
to update it:
Number:002
Latitude: N 35' 19' 14"
Longitude: W 80' 59' 56"
Waterbody ID: NC11-(117)
Let me know if you need anything else from me. Thanks
