NARRATIVE SUMMARY
GENERAL INFORMATION:
GENERAL PROGRAM INFORMATION:
During the reporting period, the Town of Rutherfordton did not modify any of the
Pretreatment Program. A copy of the "Pretreatment Program Info Database" is
attached with no noted corrections.
GENERAL PERMIT INFORMATION:
The Permit issued to Aallied Die Casting was modified with an effective date of
September 1, 2021. The modification reduced the industrial user monitoring
frequency from 1 /month to 1 /6 months. The modification was approved by the State
by letter dated August 26, 2021.
SIU INFORMATION:

OTHER INFORMATION:
Aallied Die Casting did not violate any permit limitation or condition. Both
Aallied completed the Permit required monitoring. Please note that Aallied
Die Casting made some inprovements to the manufacturing process which
significantly reduced the frequency and volume of their discharge. They
have not discharged any process wastewater since June 17, 2021.
The POTW completed the required UP monitoring and annual inspection.
