a site inspection was performed on the Center Crossing project on December 15,
2021. Permanent ground cover sufficient to restrain erosion has been established and
the permit has been closed. No additional self -monitoring or self -inspections are required.
The project is released and coverage under NPDES General Stormwater Permit for
Construction Activities is terminated.
