First, for both applications, I need the attached Catawba Riparian Buffer form filled out and returned to me. I've attached it in two formats. Please use whichever one works best for you. Second, grading is not allowed in the buffer. You have that you are proposing to "grade to appropriate slope" and that is not allowed. If you could send pictures of the current conditions of the buffer, perhaps that could clarify the situation. Otherwise, if you do grade in the buffer, that will result in you being 1 required to restore the buffer, i.e. 3" caliper trees, mulch, etc. So, if you could return the form to me and clarify what you are proposing, that would be most appreciated.
