This compliance inspection was conducted by DWR staff person Jim Gonsiewski. The inspection generally reflects compliance with the permit. Our office appreciates your prompt attention to the payment of the past due annual fees and the submittal of the permit renewal. This compliance inspection was conducted by DWR staff person Jim Gonsiewski. The inspection generally reflects compliance with the permit. The system was operating properly and was very well maintained. The proper chlorine tablets were being used and a good record of maintenance was kept at the residence. The permittees responded quickly to paying past due permit fees and submitting the permit renewal since the permit expired on 8/31/2021. The permittees stated they had not received these invoices but would pay these three invoices immediately. Met with the owners, Dean and Irene Milligan. Walked through the system. Everything was in good operational order. According to the owners, they do not have any problems with the system. Their daughter is currently living at the residence. The correct chlorine tablets are being used and Mr. Milligan keeps good maintenance records. The alarm for the system works and all the spray heads are operational. The spray field has been mowed and no evidence of any ponding or runoff was oberved in the field. The fence is in good condition with no breaks noted. The permit for the system expired on 08/31/2021. There are two (2) permit fees invoices that are overdue (2020 and 2021). Additionally, the fee for 2022 will be due on 05/02/2022. Copies of all three invoices were given to the owners. They stated they never had received the invoices and had previously paid the invoices when they received them. They also stated they would pay these invoices immediately. Left residence at 2:40 PM.
