Good afternoon,
My name is Brittany Carson and I am the General Permits Coordinator for the Stormwater Program at NC DEMLR.
On November 2, 2020, NC DEMLR Stormwater received an application for coverage under General Permit NCG020000
for a facility on 4429 Old Catawba Road. The application is incomplete as no outfalls coordinates nor descriptions are
listed. On 11/30/2020 and 07/05/2021, the previous permit coordinator emailed to request for outfall information.
This is the final request for 1. Outfall coordinates. 2. Description of activities at each outfall. If we do not receive this
information in 14 days (4/28/2022) this application will be returned to you and you must reapply.
