HI Stephanie,
I'm incredibly sorry about this, but after discussing it with the company who manages the certifications for our
neighborhood it appears I made a mistake on the square footage that is within zone 2 for this structure. Is it possible to
amend this approval in any way, or would I have to resubmit entirely? The correct square footage in zone two is 232sq
ft, not 50.
Ultimately this came down to a misunderstanding and mis-measurement. I was unaware of the PPUOS and Zone 1/2
being synonymous. Additionally it appears I started my measurements from the wrong point at the stream. I've
corrected that and attached an updated map, as well as the survey for my property. My submission actually does
indicate the 232 sqft structure in the comments, so the only piece that really needs to be updated is what I had entered
for the zone 2 encroachment. I do also already have an invoice for purchasing the proper number of mitigation credits if
that helps at all.
I've also gone ahead and CC'd the HOA president for my neighborhood and those assisting us with trying to resolve this
so they are in the loop.
