I would like you to verify one assumption for me regarding the waste flows to
Town Creek. In Mr. McRorie's letter of April 21, 1977, D. 0. limits were
mentioned. I assume that the lesser flow analyzed pursuant to the October 25
letter obviated the D. 0. requirement. Is this assumption correct?
