Mr. Davidson,

This letter is in response to your 2-21-22 letter to Bear Lake Reserve, Boto NC Properties
LLC attached.

Per your letter the November 2021 Total Suspended Solids monthly average exceeded the
monthly limit of 5.0 mg/L with a 5.1 mg/L. The operator continually adjusts air and
wasting while trying to maintain a healthy bug population with very seasonal flows. We
did not receive results of the higher TSS until after the month ended without opportunity
to resample to lower the monthly average.
