Dear Mr. Theberge:
In accordance with an email notification from the design engineer received on April 6, 2022, we are
forwarding herewith the corrected Permit No. WQ0013555, issued April 4, 2022, for the subject facility.
The following correction has been made to the permit:
1. The gpm-rate and firm capacity of the approved pump station was incorrectly listed as that of a
duplex pump station and not a quadplex
Please discard any copies of the previous version downloaded from our public Laserfiche portal.
