No wastewater is generated, and there are no wastewater treatment units. There are no stormwater discharges resulting from land disturbance activities. On July 28, 2015, Andrew Martin conducted a multi -media inspection at the site and will concur that no industrial activity was taking place at the time of his inspection. Due to the site inactivity, Hanson requests that the Elm City Quarry be exempt from monitoring as described in the Permit as long as the site remains dormant and stabilized. BMP Summaries will be reviewed and updated annually. Annual permit fees will be paid, and all SWPPP aspects will be reviewed and updated annually.
