lant had a daily fecal exceedance on the last day of the month. Upon notification on Mar 1st. Staff routed effluent flows to the upset pond and continued to collect subsequent samples until the fecal results
ed to compliant levels. The Wilmington Regional Office was notified of the exceedance as well as staff efforts to correct and prevent discharge of out of compliance water. Please note at the date of this
submission ONWASA Laboratory is conducting and ongoing investigation of "Matrix Interference" from a newly used chlorine tablet at the plant. Comparison samples have indicated "no coliform" present
analyzed with samples that produced non -compliant results. We remain in communication with the Regional Office and will report the findings soon.
