You have 143 linear feet of shoreline and are proposing 4' of rip rap below full pond, which makes 572 sq. ft. of impact. In the application you have down 1,436 sq. ft. of impact. Are you including any temporary impacts? Similarly, you've noted Soo sq. ft. of impact above full pond, but if you're adding 2' of rip rap like your diagram shows, then that should be 286 sq. ft. of impact.
