Please find enclosed a copy of the Stormwater Discharge Monitoring Report for Corning
Optical Communications, LLC — Hickory Manufacturing and Technology Center (HMTC)
located in Hickory, Catawba County, North Carolina. The DMR is being submitted for
December. Two samples were collected from each outfall and analyzed at different
laboratories, and the analytical results from each laboratory are summarized in separate DMR
forms.
