Fuel Facility in Wilmington, North Carolina. Note all effluent was reclaimed as indicated in the report.
On Monday, February 14, 2022, at 11:39 a.m. the site received results from Environmental Chemists Lab
indicating a permit exceedance as applicable to the North Carolina Reclaimed Water Generation and
Conjunctive System Permit No. WQ0031317 for the daily maximum of Ammonia from a sanitary water (grab)
sample collected on February1
The permit limit for daily maximum Ammonia is 6 mg/L and the sample from February 1st tested at 8.43
mg/L. The permit requires the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality Regional Office to be
