Thanks, that helps a ton. So, on the PCN form you indicated 52 feet of permanent impact for the "storm culvert" but it
appears that the new culvert will be the same length as the existing culvert. What were you accounting for in the 52'?

All,
I have reviewed the 401 application and need some clarification regarding the impacts you listed out. Would you be
able to provide a plan sheet that shows where the various impacts are proposed. The application indicates 52 feet of
permanent impact from the culvert, is this from lengthening the culverts? or something else? And will the utilities be
placed under the new impact area? if so, we wouldn't count these as additional impact locations since you'd be
excavating for the culvert. I believe a simple plan sheet showing the limits of the project would help me visualize the
project better. Thank you.
