According to DEMLR records, a project for which you are listed as the financially responsible party does not have
NCGO1 permit coverage. The name of the project is "Jake White — Styers Ferry Road" and the total declared disturbed
area is 1.52 acres. Any land disturbance of an acre or more in size requires an NCGO1 Certificate of Coverage (COC).
Failure to obtain an NCGO1 COC by the close of business on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 will result in DEMLR issuing a
