Finally, there is an outstanding fee that is more than 60 day past -due for this COC. The 2021 annual fee was
invoiced on March 1, 2021 and was due on April 1, 2021. The 2021 fee must be resolved before the COC can
be terminated. The fastest way to resolve outstanding fees is to pay online using the ePayment website:
