If the site is still a greenfield site, and there is no industrial activity occurring, then monitoring under the NPDES discharge permit does not yet apply anyway. Please let us know if anything has changed. Best regards, Bethany Georgoulias (she/her) Environmental Engineer Stormwater Program, Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources N.C.
