Dear Mr. Wheeler:

A Notice of Violation was issued for the Raleigh Collection System (WQCS0002) on March 14, 2022 for two (2)
February Sanitary Sewer Overflows (NOV-2022-DV-0074). A second Notice of Violation was issued on March 29,
2022 that included the two (2) SSOs that were in the previous NOV, as well as a third February SSO (NOV-2022-
DV-0088).

The Division is hereby rescinding the first NOV (NOV-2022-DV-0074). The second NOV is still in effect (NOV-2022-
DV-0088). This office offers our apology for any inconvenience this may have caused.
