Notes About Uploads (if included): The Durham Quarry became inactive in the late 1980's, and the City purchased the pit for use as a reservoir. A small portion of the remaining site is used by Hanson as a sales yard for stone hauled in from our nearby Rougemont Quarry. Run-off is only affected by wash stone in the load out area. All other areas are stabilized. Attached is the dormant status request and a stormwater inspection report from the RRO inspection conducted on 12/19/2008. If approved, we can record a monitoring suspension on the outfall(s) in BIMS.
