The Division of Water Quality (DWQ) has reviewed your stormwater management plan revision received
on August 15, 2007. The change to Wetland 1 on sheet C 12.05 of the stormwater management plan is
approved by this office.
This Stormwater Management Plan will satisfy the stormwater management conditions required by the
401 Water Quality Certification issued for the South Park Village Investments I and II site on April 16,
2003.
This letter completes the review of the Division of Water Quality under Section 401 of the Clean Water
