Subject: Approval request for visual inspection of representative outfall only for
Bladenboro Feed Mill
NPDES Stormwater Permit NCG060000, Certificate of Coverage NCG060282
To Whom It May Concern:
The above -mentioned Bladenboro Feed Mill currently has an approved representative outfall status (ROS). See enclosed
correspondence dated 12/30/19. Per the requirements of the NPDES General Permit No. NCG060000 dated 7/1/21,
Part D-1 (a) Visual Inspections, we would like to request written approval for representative outfall status (ROS) for
visual monitoring at Outfall #3 only, as it currently has ROS for analytical monitoring.
The documented visual inspection at ROS #3 will be performed concurrent with required analytical monitoring.
