NPDES permit became effective on November 1, 2019 and expires on January 31, 2024. Permitted discharge via outfall #001 is to Little Mountain Creek which is classified as WS-IV waters in the Yadkin Pee -Dee River Basin. A 12-month review of compliance history, from February 2021 through January 2022, found facility reported (2) two Monthly Average Flow Limit exceedances in February 2021 and March 2021. Review of Daily Flow data for the calendar year 2021 indicate spikes in flow during rain events. The collection system to this facility should be inspected for Inflow and Inflitration (I&I) and corrections made to divert stormwater from the sanitary sewer collection system.
