Attached is a copy of the inspection report which was prepared following an on -site inspection of the
subject site. This report is intended to provide you with information concerning the status of the site as
it relates to compliance with the North Carolina Sedimentation Pollution Control Act of 1973.
Please review this report carefully as it may contain corrective actions needed or comments which will
assist you in meeting the required performance standards of the Act.
It is our desire that any and all possible problems be discussed and resolved at the earliest possible time.

10. Comments: Overall the site has sufficient permanent ground cover to restrain erosion, however there are
some bare areas that need to be stabilized. No additional self -monitoring or self -inspections
are required. Project is in compliance and released under the SPCA. Termination of coverage
under the NPDES General Stormwater Permit for Construction Activities (NCGO1) must be
requested by the permittee via a Notice of Termination (NOT) unless permit approval date
was prior to April 2019.

that this correspondence must be uploaded as part of completing the NOT process.
