Other observations: • Residuals were applied to MK05-02 which is permitted in the WQ0003351 Class B permit. • 10.05 tons/ac were applied but PAN was only 21b/ton. • Residuals were applied 12/27-12/29. • Metals and nutrients were sampled 6/24. • TCLP was sampled 6/24. • A mineralization rate of 0.1 was used to calculate PAN.
