Enclosed is a copy of the Compliance Evaluation Inspection for the inspection conducted
at the subject facility on April 5, 2022, by Ori Tuvia. John Smith's cooperation during the site visit
were much appreciated. Please advise the staff involved with this NPDES Permit by forwarding a
copy of the enclosed report.
Since the previous inspection, the facility's non -contact cooling system was turned into a
closed loop system and is no longer discharging. Since the facility is no longer discharging and a
discharge pipe has been blocked, the facility can rescind the permit, or can keep the permit for
backup or future expansion. As long as the facility is not discharging no sampling is required.
The report should be self-explanatory; however, should you have any questions, please do
