NCG030325_Email RE Outfalls Updated for eDMR Reporting_20220407
Georgoulias, Bethany From: Georgoulias, Bethany Sent: Thursday, April 7, 2022 8:55 AM To: kathyboyer@boyer-enterprises-east.com Cc: 'Paul Spangenberg' Subject: RE: Outfalls Updated for eDMR reporting Good morning, Kathy and Paul, I have just added the outfalls to both of these permits. Please see below. The eDMR system should update overnight. Important: if you have already created a report for either of these, you will need to delete the report and re-create it in order for the latest updates. (Permit monitoring info is only pulled into eDMR at the time the report is created.) Also, for NCG030325, I added a monitoring suspension for Outfall 003 so that you won't be prompted for results until after 3/31/2022. Do not click links or open attachments unless you verify. Send all suspicious email as an attachment to Report Spam. Hi Bethany, Here is the info you requested for Hickory Steel. I am attaching a table and map for your reference that we submitted with the NOI for Outfall 3. We will begin sampling Outfall 3 in Q2. I'm doing the same for Salem Steel since we are in the middle of submitting their report. The other permits to which Paul has access also have multiple outfalls. How can we work with you to get those eDMRs updated? Kathy Boyer, M.E.M. Can you please provide the latitude/longitude coordinates, Description, and receiving waterbody for 001, 002, and 003? We can then add all 3. If ROS is approved, we will need a copy of the approval so we can enter the monitoring suspension for the right outfalls. Do not click links or open attachments unless you verify. Send all suspicious email as an attachment to Report Spam. Hi Toby and Bethany, I asked this question of Ms. McCoy and her out -of -office reply directed me to you. Can you help me with this question: I'm working with Paul Spangenberg to submit the eDMR for Hickory Steel (permit NCG030325), and there seems to be only one Outfall available for reporting. We had submitted a Representative Outfall request for Outfall 3 which would replace Outfall 2, but we still do need to report on Outfall 3. Can you tell me how we should proceed?
